The tiled staircase leading to the Merrilie Roberts Building at Ascham School has a large tree overhanging causing the tiled stairs to become very slippery.
Staircare supplied and installed SC6 stair nosing, clear anodised with a solid carborundum anti slip insert. The bullnose on the SC6 stair tread profile sits neatly on the tiled stair edge. Staircare adapted the carborundum insert from it’s well tested SC-R ™ Industrial, Marine Range that offers exceptional slip resistance in the most demanding environments.
